We are looking for bids for a host Hotel for the 33rd NABWMT Annual Convention July/August 2013

The National Association of Black and White Men (NABWMT) is a nationwide association with chapters in over 30 cities. The organization has met annually for a National Convention for over thirty years. What: National Convention

When: July/August 2013

Conference Pattern:  The conference begins with Board Meetings on Monday and Tuesday for 25 people.  General Sessions, workshops and program activities begin on Wednesday through Saturday for up to 120 people.  The conference concludes with a Saturday banquet.  Most attendees will depart by 3:00 p.m. Sunday.

The program includes diverse activities that will be memorable and enhance the likelihood of making new friendships and sustaining existing ones.

Past “events” of organization have included the following features, which may or may not be incorporated into the proposed event for 2013:

  • Social events including a “talent” show of participants
  • Special plenary events and activities
  • Dances, social events, beach parties, cruises, etc.

Billing:
