Join your fellow brothers of BWMT-Atlanta on Saturday, February 10th @ 7:30 pm as we hang out and get to know each other, and of course bowl! FUNTIME BOWL has “Cosmic Bowling” every Saturday Night with black lights & awesome music!

Whether you are a competitive bowler, bowling for the first time, or you want to just hang out and watch, FUNTIME BOWL with BWMT is the place to be. On Friday, February 3, 2012, at 8:00 P.M. Men of All Colors Together/New York will present the renowned black gay filmmaker Thomas Allen Harris, who will screen and discuss his recent film That's My Face (é Minha Cara). The screening will held at The Center 208 West 13th Street in Manhattan. There is a $5.00 suggested donation.

Winner of over eight international awards, That's My Face (é Minha Cara) is a personal documentary offering a groundbreaking perspective on the maddening search for identity in the new millenium. In healing his own cultural yearnings, director Thomas Allen Harris journeys beyond the political movements of his day and into a spiritual realm where he finds much more then he expects.

Thomas Allen Harris embarks on a journey to Brasil, seeking the identity of the spirits who haunt his dreams. Twenty years before his mother made a parallel journey when she migrated with the family to Tanzania, East Africa in search of a mythic motherland. Shot entirely on silent Super 8mm film on three continents by three generations É Minha Cara/That’s My Face features an innovative sound design that uses rap and hip hop strategies of multi-voice sampling É Minha Cara/That’s My Face is as much an artistic gem as a spiritual gift .
